Almost instantly, liberal sites began falsely claiming that her comments were in defense of President Trump’s intentions to repeal the Affordable Health Care Act and that she was suggesting Americans who lose their healthcare shouldn’t be worried because they can rely on the healing properties of nature. The first lady never made any statements regarding healthcare, she merely pointed out the benefits nature and natural options can provide, especially during the recovery process.


Most people, even liberals, can agree that Americans are overly medicated and that more natural surroundings and healthier choices can help in all of us leading longer lives. If these same statements had been made by Hillary Clinton or Michelle Obama, they would have been praised for this line of thinking, all while the media falls over themselves to start a dialogue about natural remedies.
