Chinese Billionaire Guo Wengui Plots Regime Change, Democracy in the Worlds Most Populated Country

Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui, who Xi Jinping called “the most human, most emotional person out of all the (Chinese) officials,” says he is planning a “change of the regime” in Beijing to bring democracy to China. From his luxury apartment in Manhattan Guo said he aims for “rule of law” to be established within three years in the world’s most populated country.
