A Customs and Border Protection (CBP) press release describes how “McAllen Border Patrol Station agents arrested two illegal aliens with violent criminal history to include rape and sexual assault.”
On March 19th, agents apprehended a group of eight illegal aliens and discovered a Honduran national with a prior arrest by the Suffolk County Police Department in 2007. He was convicted and sentenced for nine years for rape forcible compulsion and course of sexual conduct against a child.
Another Texas group attempting to enter the U.S. on March 22nd included an unsocial previously arrested by Marathon County Sheriff’s Office in Wisconsin for second degree sexual assault of a child. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years probation.
In San Diego, California, a boat containing14 adult males, four adult women, and a 15-year-old child was discovered by CBP. “All were found to be Mexican nationals illegally present in the U.S.,” a separate CBP press release notes.
A 39-year-old man in the group had been convicted for rape in 2006 in Oregon and served a 75-month prison term.
